Altech Netstar give my money bac****!

Altech Netstar after care service is pathetic. I have 3 vehicles with the tracking devices in, my dt order is going off through Budget insurance for my insurance including the trackers.

For some reason without my permission, Altech Netstar start taking money from my FNB account. I have called them, they promised to refund me in full for the few months that they taking monies from me and write FNB a letter to say that they are in wrong.

Well, Well up to now, no letter, NO REFUND!!!! no apologies. I really don't know what to do next???

Altech Netstar give my R1900-00 back, you toke money from me without permission!!!!!!! If you have any decency please credit my account.
