Altech Netstar fails to respond to query, do not care at all about customers.

Since I posted my review and complaints at your site, as well as Facebook, the Operations Supervisor contacted me. I requested a written response to the questions I asked them. I received a wishy-washy email, not answering my clear questions. After writing him an email again, asking him to apply his mind to this matter and setting a deadline of Friday 2 October at closing of business, he did not even care to respond up to now. This is the worst customer service, and the clearest example of ignorance/incompetence I have ever encountered. How can they expect me to trust the safety of my vehicles if this is the case?
