Altech Netstar debiting my account without authorisation and contract

I cancelled my contract with this damn company in September 2020, I received a confirmation of cancellation. Up to this day they are still debiting my account and sending me statements. After numerous emails informing them that my contract is cancelled nothing has changed. They are practically *****ing from me and wasting my time.
