altech netstar ******* service. missing car for 2 years

<p>There services is bad, there trackers do not work. I have been trying to solve a problem since 2014 of a device not working but they expect payment and put my name up for bad debt. I spoke to them many times and they do not call back. My car is missing and reported it many time but no success. I called head office and spoke to a supervisor but no success and no feed back after 2 years. My car is still missing and everytime i call them they say they will put it on testing period and call me as soon as they pick up a signal. For 2 years i hear the same thing now. I refuse to Pay. No tracker thats is working, no service, no feedback since 2014!</p>
