Altech Netstar ********* clients to upgrade

Actually Altech Netstar should get a minus rating. I was *********ed to upgrade today. Got a call from a call center agent named Princess at the following call centre no ********** . She told me that my unit was terminated and that I don't have a unite anymore as of today and do I want to upgrade. And that they will still install another unit today. This all happened at 14:00 on a friday afternoon. I panicked because my insurance have it on record that I have tracker in my car. I then agree to the upgrade because If my car gets ****** without the tracker then they probably won't pay out. Needless to say they phoned to make an appointment on Monday to fit it but now I don't have coverage although I have paid my account on time every month for the past couple of years. Very disgusted in this type of sales, just to get a commission. It is now 17:25 and have not heard from them!! If they listen to the recording of this transaction they will see it is non other than *********ing clients to upgrade.
