ALTECH NETSTAR BAD SERVICE

I subscribe with Altech Nestar on 19 March 2015. There technician fitted there tracker in my car and l was told that l can be able to track my vehicle on my phone and online. When l try to register to be able to track the vehicle there system is not working. its over 25days now and l have send several email to there customer service and no response. l called many times and there consultants give me silly reasons like my internet is weak, the other time the they cant get hold of the IT Department. <br> They didn't deliver what they promised, so l called in today to cancel the contract and now they want me to pay them for 11 months, that is ridiculous. The reason why l cancelled the contact its clear that the company failed to deliver what they sold to me, so why should l pay for 11 months. Over my dead body will never pay it.101<br> NEVER USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE ONLY CONCERNED ABOUT MONEY BUT NOT SERVICE
