Altech Netstar Bad Bad Service

Hi my names Adriaan i had an account with netstar at first they would bill me every month than afterwards they would bill me for 3 month in advance i phoned and complaint about the matter but they told me its the computer not them that did it i was very angry but left the matter like that ,couple of month later my car nearly got ****** the computer box was already taken out my ignition was tempered with to hotstart it lucky for me someone saw them and ran away,the following day when i called the call centre to advise on the matter the call centre lady told me that i must understand that the *****s are also clever so i told her whats the use i pay them if they dont provide me with a service they must cancel my subscription immediately cos they useless ,now im very angry with them they listed me on itc for not paying but how can i pay for service which im not getting ,i will refer this matter to legal advise if netstar will not assist
