Altech Netstar--Awful service--would not recommend anyone to use Altech Netstar

<p>I have cancelled my Netstar contract(acc number ***), last year Oct(ref number 159365) and then I called teh call centre twice in 2016( Jan and March), I have been paying for some VAS, which they have been debiting since last Oct. I was then told to send an email to ***(which I sent twice), no reply and obviously nothing was done, as the R119 debit order went out of my account at teh end of April. CAN ANYBODY PLEASE ***IST ME, as I am highly frustrated and I am fuming with the incompetence...Can somebody please contact me.</p> <p>Very frustrated</p>
