Altech Netstar Account Department is a JOKE

Netstar must have the worst accounting system in the world.

You can pay and pay, yet 'someone' cannot add or subtract in their Accounts Department. No phone calls ... no communication. Only received an invoice that we've been handed over. Tried calling Altech Netstar is a JOKE, you cannot get through to ACCOUNTS; which is not surprising, if they don't know how to manage their accounts. Even though everything has been paid and according to my calculations I'm ahead with my -account, we now suddenly owe them a further R577-90. Are they so desperate for money that they're overcharging people time and time again? We seriously need to move our business somewhere else. From all the complaints on the internet, Altech Nestar must be going backwards; and does not even respond on their own Complaints Web page.
