Altech Netstar

I had my tracker installed on my Kombi in 2016 which I signed the contract before installation, a few weeks later I received a call from Altech saying that my car had triggered the emergency/panic button and I rep**** no. they asked me where I was and who had my vehicle and I responded I"m home with my car and I then proceeded to ask what car was it and they rep****, "a black BMW 318i" to which I rep**** that's not my car and they hung up. a few weeks later the same thing again with the incorrect car details being mentioned and the third time I received the call I asked what happened to my car details as it seems like I was paying for someones else's car, they then proceeded to mention the details of the car under my profile and I told them to "please either correct the information or stop the debit order immediately" and they rep**** well have one of our consultants call you to make the changes. the calls continued with the same issue with no changes to my vehicle details, I stopped making payments and they handed me over to Creditworx that blacklisted me last year December(2019) and I asked that they send me all the recordings of the calls they made to me and they asked me to get hold of Altech directly as they don't know anything about my issue have it
