Altech Netsta r listed my name on credit bureau with out any notification

<p>Altech Netsta r listed my name on credit bureau with out any notification, after I saw this I've called them requesting the amount outstanding After 2days I recieved a call from thier debt collector who gave me banking details and I paid same day. Since then I've been requesting them to remove my name or at least give me a letter of settlement, but they dont answer telephones and they dont reply to email and its more than a month now since I settled the account.</p>
