ALTECH MONEY SCHEMING

Good day. I did not receive any communication outside this. The inconvenience is therefore in progress still. I still call the office and i could not get any help, i even went to a point of saying we should cancel everything and i was told that i am in a contract and i should pay R3000 for the tracker to be removed. Here i am for the past year fighting just for one thing: DEBIT WHAT I SIGNED UP FOR, thats all. This is not proper because now, my account is not being handled as per the initial agreement and my bank account tells me all the time that the is a new debit order of a different amount each month and that does not sit well with me. Please find a way to resolve the matter as it is disturbing me.

Altech is playing games with me. Since i joined you guys just do as you please in my account. The initial amount agreement of my tracking contract is R191.39 You guys have never debited that amount, each month has its own amount. Its either R245, R345, R395. Never has it been the amount i signed for. On top of that, there was a fee that youve said i subscribed for and then when i requested the tellephone call that states that i agreed to that, you tell me i cannot be helped now. Then go ahead and cancell that amount without even letting me know. When i came to your office i was told altech owes me money then i said it shkuld be placed on as my installments. Then after two months of not debiting you come back and debit that overall amount that you said you owe me. Then when i come to the office to iquire, i then learn that you owe me again around 400 and something rands which i also stated for you to put in my monthly installments but you decided to put it in my bank account with no communication aswell and since then you never debited a thing and when i inquire about that i am told we will fix it as if i am some idiot. Now i have CREDITWORX contacting me telling me i owe you guys 3 months of installment that id 600 and something rand. 191.39 × 3 is 574.17...how on earth does it go over 600. And whos fault is it? YOUR CONSULTANT NAMED FANI has been the guy that has been acting like he wants to get to the bottom of this but no action. COME REMOVE YOUR DEVICES FROM MY CAR AND PAY ME BACK MY MONEY. You putting me in unnecesory debt due to your lack of customer service and telling me things like what the finance said at the office in midrand central park "i can see Mr Luvhengo today because i am not dealing with his funding." telling that to the receptionist. Bring all that you owe me and all my premiums. Clearly you are not dealing with me but you just want to suck my money.

So today i received a call from Netstar. The person i was talking with is Stanley Goliath who says he works at the legal department. He kept on telling me that my monthly installment is R191.39 due to TAX increase this year April. Before is was R189.72 this i do not have a problem totally but just one problem, who called me to inform me about the increase of installment or is it an obvious automatic thing i should know about thier increase? Please go back and read my story clearly, I AM SAYING WHY HAS MY INSTALLMENTS BEING MORE THAN WHAT I SIGNED UP FOR AND DEFFERENT EACH MONTH. Stanley says to me that my account was taken to CREDIT WORX (Netstar legal department call center) because They submmited a debit order to my bank and then it decliened. The question i asked him was, "did you call me and let me know the 1st time the debit declined" He then answered me and said; "We do not have enough man power to call every client if we cant get payment from them" i then asked retorically that, "meaning the only men power you have to call is when you want to get people to sign in with you but you dont have that for your own clients"? He then hung up on me. Basically Stanley was not fully informed about what it happening in my account because all i explained to him was new to him and he also took my statement then agreed with me in all. Good day. Today i received a call from Silvia; a lady from CREDITWORX. I was informing me that she spoke to STANLEY GOLIATH who instructed her to put a hold on my account until he gets back to her and give her a way forward. ALTECH, can you please make sure of your facts before you start putting your clients in debts that they are not even in. Sort out your issue and come remove the devese from my car hence take me off your client list. Pay back all my funds i have invested in you. This is not right and clearly you rush to say i owe you yet you owe me. I have no trust in your service anymore at all.
