Altec Netstar a bunch of Jokers

For the last 3 Years I have had endless trouble with the tracking devices installed into my vehicle, Two months ago they installed a new system and the very next day problems started again, I contacted them the same day and a week or more later after many phone call to them they sent a technician out to replace the unit. The technician found that the previous unit had not been removed and was in fact in Panic mode and he disconnected it. He informed that all was now OK I received my Monthly travel logbook on 1 March 2018 and to my utter astonishment saw that my vehicle has been traveling all over South Africa while it has been parked in my Garage at home I sent Netstar a return e-mail voicing my disgust and to date I have not heard a word from them I now do not know if my vehicle is protected and what I am paying for every month This is the lowest form of service anybody could ever expect
