ALL THAT YOU KNOW IS HANDING OVER ACCOUNTS BUT NO HELP ON THE ACCOUNTS

I am getting calls regarding a vehicle Chev Aveo DX29CC GP, which has been sold for over 2 years. I am now being handed over but I never received any communication regarding outstanding funds. I enquired twice why am I being called via Netstar if they are getting any alerts on the vehicle. I even told them that I don't know Aubrey, and they still have my details as a secondary emergency person on the account.

If I am still owing for the contract, why was I not told of a cancellation fee?

Why is another person listed on my account and I am getting calls regarding their alerts on the vehicle?

I made enquiring's on the 30/03/2021 about this account and I was never given a satisfactory answer The last feedback was on the 1/4/21 and was promised a callback, but to this day nothing
