All talk no delivery

<p>well this is ongoing</p> <p>short story product does not work Altech admited this, i requested a cancelation, Altech confirmed this, i was told units would be removed, im still waiting and paying for a product that does not work.</p> <p> </p> <p>altech ignore my emails are sent to 6 people in the btranch and online support aonly reply i get is</p> <p> "Acknowledgement: Altech Netstar Product Support & Dispatch Centre"</p> <p> </p> <p>This from a computer the humans dont reply as the DONT CARE</p>
