Most *********** agents ever. My mom was in accident an hour ago and she has the car I drive and hers under nestar. She had an accident just before Smith field and didnd know her exact location. I pressed. My panic button so nestar could assist in letting the police know her location. The rudest agent refused to assist me. By God's grace she was assisted by police who passed and saw her car. And this is not the 1st nonsense from nestar. Whe I was almost highjacked and chased by some car they took forever to respond to panic button and when they finally did they just told me to keep driving, didn't even call police for me even though they knew my location
