Alarm will not stop going off!!!!

I am not longer a member of Altech Netstar, as my contract expired and I decided to cancel. Despite me cancelling this service, the alarm goes off EVERY DAY. I have to drive around with the alarm going off and have no way of turning it off. <br> <br> I spoke to head office and they told me that they will remove it, but I have to pay?? So now I have to pay to remove a faulty device, that is inconveniencing my life, after paying Netstar for 4 years!? Unacceptable. It seems like they are just doing it out of spite, to be honest.<br> <br> I want the unit deactivated or removed!<br>
