Alarm system does not work

I almost got hijacked last night in Tembisa. I went to buy braai meat at a Tshisa Nyama at around 6pm. I noticed some shady characters as soon as I arrived. I waited for my meat until around 7pm. I pressed the panic button with the hopes that I would get some help from Netstar since my boyfriend is paying for the service each month. I pressed the button before I left & received no call. I pressed the button when a car stopped infront of me & people came out of the back seat of the car & there was no response.<br> <br> Their remote doesn't even work...The spare remote also doesn't work quick means there's a problem with their system. The device was installed about a month ago & it's already faulty.<br> <br> Why should we pay for a service that does not work? I've read other complaints from other users & we are clearly being **********. Why are you selling a device that does not work?<br> <br> I'm lucky to have escaped with my life yesterday.
