AGAIN UNABLE TO SUPPLY INVOICE - HOW USELESS ARE YOU

<p>OK, so it has been MONTHS AND MONTHS now, where they are unable to supply a statement / invoice. I have been fighting this since about mid 2014. EVERY TIME they promise that the issue will be sorted. EVERY month I have to contact them - AGAIN to get an invoice. I was promised twice thet they will make somebody personal responsible for sending my my monthly paperwork, but obviously this tiny teeny little admin task is WAAAY TOO COMPLEX FOR THEM!</p>
