Admin incompetance and ignorance.

I have complained so many times about altec netstars incompetance, ignorance and don't give a damn attitude! They are ignoreing me completely and refuse to resolve my complaint, this is not acceptable, nobody is prepaired to speak to me to resolve this mess they made, but they continue to threaten me to pay up or else!! Or else what?? I settled this account years ago and asked on several occasions for a settlement letter....ha....ha.... I am still waiting!!!???
