Account still not sorted out

Good day,<br> <br> Its now for more than a month that I can get my account sorted out. The only reply I get is that they will sort it out but with no luck so far. The problem start when I bought my car from the dealer and they handle all the documentation. On the day I signed my papers with them I told them my bank details changed and give it thru to them after I have to call them and tell them that they still did not change my details. So from my side I did what I need to do and therefore the dealership must be held responsible for the arrears amount and not me. as I told them I will take responsibility as from the end of August 2015, and I stick to that. Now they hand me over again to Nu Debt just to wash there hands because they cant or don't know how to solve the issue.
