Account query - no response to phone calls or emails

<p>I refer to call references CAS244222B4L5 and CAS ********** and the two emails I have sent your company. When I phone your call center I am told I dont owe your company anything and yet I get sent a statement telling me that I owe you R4700?? Would someone please get back to me with an explanation ?? Four years of terrible service from your company - I have copious emails and nothing changes. Oh - and the number on your statements doesnt work if you phone it. I regret every moment of installing your product in my vehicle and would certainly never advise anyone else to do so. Account ref ********** </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
