Account number for settlement

I only learned recently that I have a three years contract with Netstar. When Dotsure sold me the policy they never mentioned anything about the 3 years commitment. Fine. I need to cancel the contract and been transferred from one Department to the other.

Yesterday morning I requested for a settlement and an account number to be sent to my email. The consultant said she said. I've been waiting. I don't want to do business with you guys. You are horrible. I need an account number for settlement and part ways with Netstar. Don't waste your money with them.
