One would like to thanks hellopeter for your intervention, you guys never dissapoints. I wrote few weeks ago complaining about tracker devices that was not working on my sister's car. They came and fix it it's now working perfectly. Thanks.

However that was part one of our battle, the secenond part of reimbur*****t (refund not credited to their account but toy sister's account) is not done yet. Premiums have been collected almost a year for the device that was not working.

Although this month they issue partial invoice no: AN-INVAIR-*** , amount from date they solve the matter. With is the poorly admission of guilty. Now they have to do the correct thing.
