Account listed without my knowledge

I phoned altech netstar 3 years back to cancel the contract, and I received cancellation letter and no mention of any Money owing . After years they handed over my account to credit worx and I kept telling them that I am not aware of this and until altech phones me and explain what happened. They have listed my account without my knowledge and I am unable to get of anyone now. What a poor service.
