Account in Arrears - Written Off Vehicle

Alcatel Netstar was informed in December of the vehicle incident and that the vehicle was declared a write off by the insurance company. But surprisingly the vehicle account Number ********** in Nestar is still active and they also claim it is in arrears amounting to R2162.76. According to their account personnel which I contacted, this account was settled.
