Account handed over without any communication
What a disappointing entity. Debit order did not go through for some reason, they failed to communicate the unpaid amount and proceeded to not only unduly and unjustifiably contact my employer, but they proceeded to hand over my account over to attorneys for R140.00. No communication whatsoever. I will be terminating my contract asap.
