Account handed over but car was sold

This is really frustrating , I don't even know where to start, I've probably spoken to 10 people in the last 6 months regarding a tracking devise that was supposed to be moved from my old car to the new car but no one wants to take responsibility or assist, my account has been handed over. I guess everyone that works in the netstar division is stupid because no one knows who the sales person the authorized or set that the devise be installed as a new sale and not be moved over from the old car. I was charged since April and been calling every month to sort this out but no one seems to know...actually no one is willing to assist me.

If this is not sorted out by Friday I will personally have to come to your offices this is bogus i cant deal with such.
