Account handed over- already paid up!!!

do not use this tracking company!!! THIS IS THE SECOND HELLO PETER COMPLAINT I AM PLACING!!!!!!<br> <br> i cancelled my tracker in Dec 2014, after months of dealing with double debits, my account is apparently in arrears and handed over!<br> <br> nobody can tell me what the R3300 is for or what it pertains to. i am getting shunted from pillar to post trying to get answers! Netstar refers me to Blakes and Blakes back to Netstar!<br> <br> i am very sure that this is against the law and if it is not resolved i will take it further!
