Account disaster

Worst company I ever dealt with'I have been a loyal customer to netstar for 4 years 'it all started last year when my account was sent to the debt collectors which I didn't even receive a courtesy call to advise me that my account has been handed over to which I didn't know my debit order was not going out' I had to pay debt collectors even more to settle account, few months later it was handed over again to debt collectors didn't receive a call from them again to advise me and told them I'm not sure what's happening with account had to pay more money in to debt collectors phoned netstar and told customer service I just want to cancel account and pay for other 3 months in full to settle account she said I cannot do that my account was handed again in February to debt collectors I phoned netstar and payed them directly and asked them to close account, my account is now closed debt collectors still phones me for the same account and my account has been debited for no reason. Will never take a contract again with Netstar of which I had 2 vehicles and have also told my father in law not to renew his contract of which he has 3 vehicles.
