Account debited without permission.

My mother is with Netstar so last year March/April she buys me a car on her name because I couldn’t. She got the tracking system for my car from Netstar and paid it with hers. The last three months they have debited my account without permission as I never gave them my bank details or took a tracking system from them and I never signed anything. Netstar doesn’t pick up there phones or call back when you choose that channel, and they handed my mother over to lawyers,when the mistake is on their side, the lawyers also don’t pick up their phones. Cleary Netstar doesn’t know what on earth they are doing refund my account with the R468 you took and come and take out your **** out of my car.
