Account closed by still receiving calls from debt collectors

Hi,

I closed off my Altech Netstar account two months back and been receiving calls from debt collectors asking me about outstanding fees? Last month I paid the outstanding fee which I was told will enable me to close off my account completely buy still debt collectors are still calling me which is quite strange.
