Account Cancellation

<p>My car was repossessed in November 2015, I have been trying to contact them and their line was not working. I sent an email and I was told that I must settle that account, How am I suppose to settle Account as I was unemployed and how do I pay for Tracking device on a car that wa reported that it is no longer in my position and they refused to cancel it.</p>
