Abusive requests from the credit controller

<p>I would like to raise my concerns and disappointment about the way Altech Netstar conducts business.</p> <p> </p> <p>I received 2 missed calls today while I was in a meeting, when I got to the office, I found out that the missed calls were from Altech Netstar. The email indicated that I need to pay my account ASAP to avoid charges, which I responded to the lady (Prelorna Pillay ) that I do not have any amount in arreas. I felt so much abuse due to the following:</p> <p> </p> <p>2. Firstly this email, indicates that I need to pay my account ASAP to avoid charges, whereas my account is not in arrears. I took this as a form of a threat since the lady who sent me the email, later indicated that it was just a reminder for me to make my monthly payment.</p> <p>3. Secondly I hear from my reference (That I had given to Altech Netstar) that the lady called her, indicating that it is an emergency, that she cannot get hold of me, that she is looking for me regarding my account. Two missed calls does not entitle them to call my reference, especially while my account is up to date.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please assist in intervening, This is not the kind of business one has to get involved in.</p>
