Abused By Altech Netstar

Since January 2015, I been getting calls, sms and emails from Altec Netstar that I owe them money, R706 for the tracker in my car. I have tried to explain to them that I don't know what they are talking about as I have a debit order and paying each month.<br> The abuse continued even they told me that the Easter Season is coming and chances that my car get ****** is very high and I have too pay them R8000 to recover it. <br> What pains me most is that I had to leave my business and be in long lines for 2 hours at Park Station Standard Bank as Braamfontein branch was closed for days to get the 6 months statement. <br> I then took my time to call Altec Netstar on *** to tell them that I have a proof that I have been paying them, they told me that they can't help me I have to call their credit dept on ***. I have been calling that number from 20 March and there is no answer. <br> What I have realized is that the company is not doing it's job. <br> Till today I am still getting mails and they don't answer their phone when I call.<br> <br>
