Absolutely pathetic service

terrible service. phoned netstar to test my tracking and it is incorrect. the lady was very rude and told me that the units can never be wrong and then it was wrong when tested.. then phoned to find out how much it would cost only to be told that they cant tell me because it fitment center specific. why must i phone a third party company for cost that i am contracted to you for??? so basically i am paying for a tracking unit for 6 years that cannot track me, i can find out how much a new unit will cost, i cant even query why i am paying the amount i am paying because the consultants are ***********! iv spoken to 3 different people. after all this i speak to another gentlemen today and the minute i started to get upset and complain he cuts the call on me! absolutely pathetic!
