Absolutely disgraceful!

They do not even deserve a star! What a disgraceful company! They have absolutely NO customer care! They have no idea where your car is located and I have tried to cancel my service after selling my car 3x already and they still deduct my premium. The one department has no idea what the other department does! They are just there for the money, the customer service is non-existent!
