Absolutely bad service

you receive absolutely no service. Struggling to get them on e mail and when you phone you are on the line for long time and still they cant help you. had problems with account but was given over to creditworx. made arrangements to pay which I kept but still get calls from them 3 times a day telling me l have not paid after l send proof of payments. they easy to give you over but dont communicate with their providers or clients. wont recommend them unless you would like to be harassed all the time
