Absolute *******

Installed 4 units 3 of them in Toyota’s. My windscreen wipers got stuck and do not work when I turned them on during a rainstorm.

I went to a workshop to check and found that the netstar tracing unit was install installed under the cover that covers The wiper motor and the unit was preventing the wipers from moving

I checked both other Toyotas and they had the exact same issue with the units installed in the exact same place

I have been trying to get hold of Netstar the since 9 this morning NO JOY.

I removed the units myself They have still not noticed!

And to top this the wire is going into the unit were cut with a side cutter and not properly insulated
