A tracking company that comes late and can't find addresses

This company got me to sign a 3 year contract via budget but I think it was a mistake, Company came to install 2 days after when the sales person said, Infact called 2 days late as well and when I queried at time of appointment why not there they first wanted to verify my details after I gave my ID number, thereafter the technician could not find my address (imagine a tracking company who can't read GPS) came 40 minutes late took an hour instead of 30 minutes delaying my entire day I truly hope I don't need to use their services as they will need to call the ***** or hijacker to find out where the car is and still arrive 40 minutes after they left
