A big thank you to Allistair Singo. I raised an issue with him, and he immediately took ownership and made sure that I received the assistance I needed. Your professionalism, commitment and sense of urgency truly did not go unnoticed. 🙏🏽

That said, I am disappointed with the Servicing/Client Services Department. I was not informed timeously that a technician had been booked for today. When the query reached their desk, I received calls on different days, but I believe communication could have been handled much better.

You cannot really say that you called someone when the phone only rang for 7 seconds. 😕 A little more effort and patience in making contact would have made a big difference.

Hopefully, this feedback will help improve the customer experience going forward. You can definitely do better next time.
