I mr. G.Olkers was involved in an accident on the 9 of October 2014 On the N2. MY vehicle rolled twice and was written off by the insurance on the 21of October 2014.The vehicle was fitted with a Altech Netstar Tracker.At first I did not want to fit the vehicle with a tracker, but the insurance company (oak hurst insurance) insisted that I do.I asked the insurance company if there is any cost involved and they assured me there are no cost involved because the cost of the tracker is inclusive of my insurance premium, but since the vehicle was written of by the insurance company altech netstar still deducts money from my banking account. I would like altech netstar to stop deducting money from my account because I dont use their services.
