36 month rental agreement???
Account No: ********** 7 Contacted Altech Netstar to cancel my subscription 22.03.2019. Car was being sold 25.03.2019
Received notification of debit order deduction, 29.03.2019
Email received 28.03.2019, "Please note that vehicle registration DC50LRGP is contracted to a 36 month rental agreement. Upon receipt of your cancellation instruction and payment, please be advised that the below cancellation settlement amount will be app**** to the account. Settlement Figure R 654.71"
Emailed 28.03.2019 query to ********** Called Netstar 29.03.2019 to query this email. Have no record of having entered into a 36 month contract with them. Have never done this before. They said that they would email me the original contract detail as well as the voice recording. I have still not received anything.
