36 month contract with bogus insurance company, that works with Altec Netstar.

Unfortunately as black people we are still being taken for a ride by these insurance companies who pray on clueless individuals thinking they will **** them into contracts that dont even exist. I reversed my Altec Netstar debit order because I was not happy with their service in trying to assist me when I lost my car.

To my surprise I was called by them saying I'm owing R389.00. Shocked by this, I called in and they told me I signed a 3 year contract with them that I took up with some insurance company. My car belongs to the company I work for and they pay the car installment and the insurance. I asked for the name of the "so called insurance company" and the contact details hence I can contact them and find out what contract I've got with them and when did I sign. Altec netstar could not give me a contact detail or name of that insurance company. I asked for the recording of the conversation. But to date I have not received anything from them.

Altec Netstar is running on a ****. I never took up a 36 month contract with them or any insurance on the company vehicle. This is strictly bs , and proves that *******ion in this country has only just begun.
