1 month and still no answer
<p>Hi</p> <p>A month ago I logged a query regarding my "safe and Sound" tracking device. It is IT related as one of the MAJOR features is that it shows your driving behaviour. To date, I have only recived the "our IT department is working on it" email. </p> <p>Is this the type of turn around times I have look forward to when dealing with you?</p> <p>Can somebody PLEASE resolve my query.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks</p>
