Disrespectful, clueless owner

Arrogant guy who doesn't know a thing about business/communication etiquette You give a black person business and they fail and become rude

Very rude when you talk to him and doesn't want to listen to what you expect from him.

Takes forever to get the job done, you have to go back and forth with him . and when you tell him you not happy with his work , he doesn't take that well.
