bad very bad customer service

its been a whole week that i have been battling with Netk for my wifi to be moved i specially told them that i will be out of my previous address by Friday last week and that i need it taken out that day. i called in advanced to have this done. when i called Friday i was told oh she forgot to inform me that the technicians ae not available if she had informed before we could have had it done sooner. then Saturday comes i call again because i am waiting then they tell me that they ran out of cables. now we have been sitting without wifi yet i have paid in full for the month and then i told them i use the wifi to work and i am losing out on work due to their incompetence. today is Thursday they promised yesterday by 9 the technicians will be there i called after 9 and was told at 10 it is half 10 they are now ignoring my calls and i called from a different number they immediately answered which means they are deliberately ignoring my calls. and then they expect payment for this yet i have to go back and forth arranging that someone goes to the previous address to open up as i have informed them that no one is there and the people i have asked have things to do. i am so sick of netk. they are the worst i would never recommend them i am definitely changing their way better service at other places. i pay for service not for affordibility i dont have time to fight with people for things i am paying for.
