zero service excellence

I have place a fruit basket order last week Friday . The order was supposed to be delivered on Saturday as stated when i made the order. On Monday i made a follow up using thier chat site and the consult advise that he will inform the guys busy with my order, Tuesday again made a follow using thier chatline and i was told that it would be dilivered between 14h00 to 17h00. Today is Wednesday and im still waiting . I even wonder of the fruit will of good quality and fresh .
