Zero out of Five for NetFlorist

For Christmas, I ordered for our 4 children, clocks, personalised with the family coat of arms and tartan, from NetFlorist. The Assembly Instructions did not match the parts of the clock. Two did not have the 'rubber gusset'; one lacked a 'brass *****'; two had two Minute hands and no Hour hand; one Minute hand did not fit into the groove. One could not be assembled because of a lack of parts; two started, stopped and did not start again. NetFlorist said they would replace the clock mechanisms. 7 weeks later, I am still waiting.
