You've ruined my best laid plans

I do understand that you guys are immensely busy on this day however thanks for ruining Valentine's Day Netflorist! Placed two orders for the same person for the same address. One get's delivered (great job!) the other doesn't (shame!). The driver says that the person they are looking for no longer works there (you mean the person that just received an order?). I'll let you wrap your head around that great mystery of the universe.
